The Halls available for exhibitors are the main Victoria Hall, plus four other slightly smaller halls. (All exhibition spaces are clearly signposted for visitors.) Plot sizes and prices PER WEEKEND

Plot sizes are calculated in feet, and prices shown are for a WEEKEND booking of that size.  When choosing your plot size, please ensure that the measurement shown is your TOTAL PLOT ALLOCATION and includes access between tables as well as your own personal space.  The display space you are allocated within the plot size is also shown; please ensure that this is enough to accommodate all of your stock.  Extra space cannot be given, and you will be asked to remove any stock or display that encroaches on the access spaces.  We provide tables 6’ x 2.5’. Please note that hall locations cannot be guaranteed.

12' x 5' PLOT   (10' x 2.5' display space. ONE 6' table provided with room for a 4' display unit /rail /table, which the exhibitor must provide)

Please pay for these one day spaces IN FULL when returning your booking form.

Payment Options

Option 1: You may book and pay in full for your choice of events at once.

Option 2: You may send a £40 deposit for each show date you wish to secure.

The final balance will be due approx. 4 weeks prior to each event and you will be invoiced to request this payment. Please read our terms and conditions regarding payments and refunds carefully before you make a booking.
